Report a Lost or Stolen Debit or Credit Card
At a Branch
- Visit your local branch. Find the closest location to you at www.countryfcu.com/contact.php
- Notify a Member Service Representative about your lost/stolen debit card.
- The MSR will then cancel your lost/stolen card and provide you with a replacement card by mail. Your replacement card will arrive within 7 to 10 business days.
- If you are unable to visit a branch in person, call at (904) 259-6702, option 3, then option 1 for Credit Cards or option 2 for Debit Cards. A representative will assist you to cancel your card and order a replacement. You can expect to receive your replacement card in the mail within 7 to 10 business days.
